We were picked up on time. The moment our plane landed, i already received a text the the driver will be waiting for us at the arrivals hall. While waiting for our luggages, i git a message that from the driver that he is waiting at the arrivals hall. When we got out, he was showing my name on his iphone. It was a hassle free pick up and we went straight to our hotel.

The driver picked us up from our hotel, was about 5min late but that didn't worry us. We were however having trouble calling the drivers number & the emergency number provided but used the chat function on the website to contact the company. The driver was nice & safe. Quick and easy transfer to the airport. The driver however didn't drop us off at the terminal- which we had to walk about 3-4mins to.

Really good trip, we started from Prague and were driven by a driver who during the entire drive could tell a lot about the history of Prague/Czech Republic. When we reached Trezin, we were first guided by the driver, after which we met with a female guide. She was very interesting to listen to and spoke good English so easy to understand All in all a good and informative tour. Would definitely recommend this trip
