We were a group of 12 people and therefore also the first large group for Adele - our tour guide. She spoke accent-free English and was therefore very easy to understand. She answered all of our questions, was personable and made the whole tour feel comfortable. To our surprise, this clinic is not a "Lost Place" but a psychiatric clinic that is still in operation. The site is huge and open to the public. You definitely need good shoes, as there are quite a few kilometers to cover. 3 hours were too much for our taste - 2 or 2 1/4 hours would have been sufficient. We paid €38 per person with a coupon and find this overpriced, since in principle you could go to this place alone to look at the site. Having said that, the tour was very informative and Adele was great - so we would also recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed it. It is an excellent tour for those interested in development of cure of psychic illnesses, especially from 19th century on. The whole complex of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital is exceptional and is kind of a historical monument with Art Nouveau buildings. You get to know an interesting part of Prague which not many tourists discover. One could even say: a real Prague. It is not a classical tour, it is more: it is a tour you will remember Prague for.
