Magical is the right word for this tour! We visited 5 cenotes, all of which were just incredible. Some are completely open; some cavernous, some half/half. The grounds and facilities are pristine; staff friendly and welcoming - including our guide, Valentino. He gave us great information on how cenotes are formed, the different types, and pointed out interesting things during our walk through the jungle to reach each one - like the native "chewing gum" trees. The walk is easy - my husband & I did it in flip-flops, although we did see others wearing water shoes or sneakers. I really like the format of this tour. It starts with a guided walk & introduction to each one, then you reach the 5th cenote which is entirely private for just your group (in our case it was just us and 1 other couple). After, the guided part is over and you can hop around to any of the other cenotes, as well as enjoy included lunch, at your leisure.

This was an amazing trip. The staff were incredible and so friendly and fun. The boat was incredible and we really enjoyed the guided snorkeling as well as ability to enjoy free time to paddle board and swim. Would highly recommend!

We loved it! The guides Felipe and Nikita of ten! It is a more expensive excursion because it is of quality. I recommend it 100%
