Meet at the dive center where an SSI Dive Professional will teach you everything you need to know and, under their guidance, learn the skills you need to enjoy this first experience underwater, with a maximum of 2 divers per instructor. Head to the dive site, assemble the scuba equipment and perform safety checks. Then, at your own pace, enter the water to explore the underwater world of Lanzarote. Descend to a maximum depth of just 20 feet (6 meters) on your 2 to 3-hour tour, with 30 to 40 minutes in the water.

For the first dive, descend to a maximum depth of just six meters to gain confidence with 30 to 40 minutes in the water. After completing the first dive dive, take a break and have a snack to prepare to take the second dive. This time dive to a maximum of 12 meters with plenty of time to see sea life. The second day (it is agreed once the reservation is made), we will meet in Puerto Rubicon (Playa Blanca), where the Atlantic Museum is located. Here the instructor gives a briefing about the dive and the museum. Finally, do the third dive and see Jason deCaires Taylor’s sculptures.

Enjoy a fun time during your holidays and come snorkelling in Lanzarote. Put your wetsuit, mask and fins on and off you go. Snorkelling is suitable for anybody that likes to be in the water. Come on your own or bring friends & family. During the briefing your guide will introduce you how to use the snorkelling equipment correctly and be safe in the water. You will learn, what kind of marine life you can see in the Atlantic and how to make the best out of your day. Once everybody is dressed you will enter the water from the shore and get started. Whilst staying within a small group your guide will assist you and help you spotting lots of coulourful fish and amazing critters. For about one hour you will float around on the surface and follow the fish. You will be surprised, how easy and relaxing snorkelling can be, after learning a few simple tricks. The wetsuit will keep you warm, which makes snorkelling also possible during winter times. Also it helps you to float on the surface. When coming out of the water, cookies are waiting for you. Have a chat with your guide and the rest of the group and enjoy a little break with a fantastic sea view before heading back. Snorkelling is all about exploring the marine life and the clear and blue waters of the Atlantic from the surface. You will be suprised how relaxing it actually is to float and follow the fish. Also it is a great alternative in case you are not much into scuba diving yet. Even if it's your first time, no worries, your instructor is always ready to help you. The snorkeling program is an introductory experience, not a certification course. The price includes the snorkel equipment, insurance, and guide.

Meet at the dive center and get kitted out before boarding the rib boat and setting out for your dive spot. Swim with angel sharks and other protected flora and fauna. Lanzarote is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, meaning its ecosystems are conserved well. When the time comes to dive in, make use of the high-quality Cressi equipment, which is replaced yearly for your safety. Get dropped off back at the dive center at the end of your dive.

You will be transported from the pick-up point to the dive centre around 9.00 a.m. After completing the required formalities, you will have a briefing with your guide, check your equipment and prepare for the dive. Depending on the dive site, you can walk or drive there. Between the two dives there will be time to relax and have a drink. At the end of the second dive, you will return to the dive centre, from where you will be transported to the pick-up point. The end is scheduled for around 2.30 pm. This dive is impressive because of its simplicity and because of the quantity and variety of the schools of fish present there. You will get unbeatable visibility on the outside of the breakwater the majority of the year in this area. We can enjoy schools of bastard grunt, barracudas, salema, striped seabream, bogue, sand smelt, sardines and tuna that swim along the coast. The white sand serves as a hiding place for spotted torpedo, angel sharks and spiny butterfly ray, which is why we should not forget to look for their silhouette at the bottom. Depth: 0-18 m Recommendations: OWD / AOWD TIMANFAYA REEF Timanfaya Reef is a very simple and pleasant dive site. Diving starts close to the Timanfaya Hotel, exactly from the nearby beach. Then we follow the reef until we come to Playa Flamingo where we finish our adventure. The dive is not tiring because during the swim we are accompanied by a soft current which pushes us to the Flamingo. Timanfaya Reef due to its simplicity and the number and variety of shoals of fish that occur will enchant most of you. During this trip we can find rays, sardines, barracuda and angel sharks. Your instructors will make your dive as easy and relaxed as possible. The only thing you need to do is to enjoy the experience. Playa Chica is a located in Puerto del Carmen and offer various dive sites. We like to call it our little aquarium. The marine life in Playa Chica is stunning and varies from schools of small fish to big groupers, barracudas, rays, angle sharks, cuttlefish, octopus, sponges, flounders, crabs etc. There is lots of exciting stuff to see, visibility varies from 15-40m. Therefore, even whilst staying shallow during your first dive, you will already have the chance to see quiet some life. However, never forget, everything we can see underwater is a surprise and can never be guaranteed ;) The activity provider focuses on individual groups and providing a high-quality experience. One-off diving lesson for children aged 8 and over. A great gift or reward. Instead of another Barbie or Lego type gift, why not think about something developing for your child. We meet about an hour before entering the water. First we teach the children basic water safety rules, explain what we will be doing underwater. Then, finally, the toddler has the opportunity to dive in complete diving equipment. For many children, the dream of discovering underwater life and interacting a little closer with Nemo than just staring at the TV arises. And very often, the parents themselves decide on the occasion for such an initial lesson. Theory and diving lessons for children from the age of 8. In the pool, we present a simple theory - the basic principles of diving - that children can understand. In the ocean classes we teach the first breath under water and the children learn the most important principle of diving - letting go of bubbles. During the class we play games and take photos as a souvenir of the first dive! We always pick you up in the morning from your hotel and go to the centre together. After the theoretical part, we go together to the diving beach. After the dive, we change and go back to the hotel.

Meet your guide in the morning at the dive center in Puerto del Carmen and load up in the van for the transfer to the RIB speedboat. The skipper will decide based on the water and weather conditions which spots are best for the day's dives.  Feel confident with the help of a diving guide and a diving group of no more than 4 divers per guide. Be in a group with others of the same certification level for your safety and enjoyment.
