The pick up bus was right on time, this organised trip relieved us of having to go through border check, ticket and bus trips on our own. Martello, our guide was extremely pleasant and had very good English. We were the only English speaking visitors on the tour and he explained everything to us. Overall, a very pleasant way to visit Brazil for a short visit.

I recommend this excursion. But I must divide my review in two parts: 1) We went with Cesar from Nordic and he was great. Very helpful, informative and overall nice person. It was a pleasure to have him as a guide. 2) The downside of the trip was the information. Not everything given on the web of Get Your Guide nor by Whatsapp was correct. For example, on the website the price of the entrance to the Brazilian park is 64 R. In fact, it is 107... Huge difference, I think. They should make the info up-to-date. Also, we got a message from Nordic one day before the trip. It said the tickets to the park were only available online and that we were supposed to buy them in advance. I didn't manage to pay for them online so I contacted Nordic with the question if there were another option. They said no (which was not true, in fact you can buy the tickets onsite and pay buy card. When I asked for more detsils, they were rude. I didn't understand.

This was an excellent tour and a great way to see the falls from the Brazilian side at a reasonable cost. The tour guide was careful to keep track of all of us in the large crowds. The only downside was having to collect a lot of folks from various hotels and having to change from smaller vans to larger ones and then do the reverse on the way back. It just took a lot of time doing the logistics. I would have also appreciated 15 minutes to do a little shopping at the falls.
