Pick up was at 7.45am on the Argentine side and after many other hotel pick ups and 1.5hrs at the Brazilian border we reached the park at 10.30am. then you have to buy your tickets and get on a bus to the waterfall at 11.00 which gave us 1.5hrs at the falls. Followed by the same at the bird park. You have to figure out lunch in-between all of that too, so I would either bring a packed lunch or only do this tour if staying in foz (Brazilian side) the Argentine side is the same

Great trip but be prepared to wait a lot. I was picked up at 0910 and we didn’t enter the park until 1200 (long wait at the border). But as a limited Spanish speaker it was very helpful to have the tour guide explain everything to me. The waterfalls were beautiful and overall a great day.

There's pros and cons here. In reality you are paying for the ride, it's more like a taxi service. Of course, the guide is gonna stay with the group for the whole time and might even say a couple of interesting facts, but honestly, it's pretty much just one trail that you take by yourself. Afterwards, they drop you off at the Bird park and pick you up about 2 hours later. I would probably pay for this service again just to make it easier to cross the boarder - which can be pretty tedious if you don't speak Spanish or if you are not with a group.
