Me and my husband really admires the tour guide because he’s so good. He deserves a recognition because he’s very friendly, jolly and helpful. The overall package is also worth it and we don’t have dull moments even though we’re 10 in the group. Tour guide’s name is Jade.

Booked the tour last minute for three people and the organization as pretty amazing. They contacted us right away and made sure we were picked up from our hotel. The ride was really nice we liked our driver and guide Eco right away. The underground river was a crazy amazing experience. I’ve always felt safe based on the fact that we got all information in advance and got to wear life wests and helmets whenever necessary. Waiting times were a bit bothersome due to the fact that this tour is pretty popular. After the river cruise we went to have lunch at a big buffet place. There was a variety and abundance of local food and the taste was really good. We had sufficient time to eat, rest and go to restrooms. Afterwards we went ziplining which was amazing with that view. I subtract one start because the paddle boat tour was canceled last minuten still we got a refund. Thanks to the administrative convenience and amazing guides I rate this a solid four stars and recommend for sure.

We are a family of five, with three young kids (ages 10, 8, and 4). We had a great time on this trip! Our guide, Eco, was knowledgeable about the biology and geology of the area, and he was great with our kids. The trip was well organized, with many stops for food and bathroom breaks. The activities kept our kids entertained and excited. The transportation van was clean, had seatbelts, and had air conditioning. The lunch buffet had plenty of food options of fish, chicken, beef, and vegetarian options. Thank you! We can’t wait to do another trip with Get Your Guide!
