Transport will drive you to Bayahibe, the starting point of the excursion, where you will embark on the fast boat. Let's go to Cotubanama National Park! A short stop in front of the Penon where an English-speaking guide will give you explanations about this cliff and the Taino natives, the first inhabitants of the island. You will also make a stop at the mangroves, which are trees growing directly in the sea water. First stop on the island of Saona, at the beach of Canto de la playa where you will spend 2h30 on this magic white sand beach surrounded by coconut trees. There you will have time to relax or to snorkel, whichever suits you best.... Paradise island to do absolutely, our club asked us more than 3 times more expensive than the swollen site. The driver picked us up in front of the hotel barrier at the time received by whats app the night before. He then dropped us off at a bigger bus to join the other registrants. Then in the middle of the path, a small tourist shop (which clutters the day a little because you lose 30min of beach) Our guide Alberto was very friendly and speaks the French language correctly. however, it is necessary to provide (without obligation) an additional tourist budget to end the idyllic visit, ideally in dollars, but they accept pesos on which they give change and euros on which they do not give change. - The to drink with each transport (4 transports) - 5€ for coconut water in its nut - 10€ per pina colada in pineapple - 20€/30€ for the massage on the beach - 100€ / 150 € of photos by the photographer - beach vendors

Saona Island trip definitely is great fun especially the quick stop at the Natural swimming pool. The buggy tour/trip didn't had a great start due to the lack of communication of our pick up time. I had to constantly chase this up. We were eventually told that our pick up time was at 8:20am but when we got to the reception, the driver was very early as some guests from the other hotels cancelled and went to our hotel. Because we weren't at the reception, the driver left without asking the reception to call us in our room. A new pick up time was allocated at 10:20 and the driver was almost one hour late. Apart from the bad start, the tour was certainly enjoyable.

Superb experience we recommend 100%, the transfer is top, small flat we spend AGAIN once in a souvenir shop before leaving for the port of bayhibe, the natural swimming pool is magnificent is sublime the water is crazy. We saw plenty of starfish. Saona Island is splendid, the buffet is also very good, nothing to complain about! A crazy atmosphere on the boats the guides speak English, Spanish and French.
