We really enjoyed this tour. Wear water shoes/sandals they give you ponchos but you will get wet below the knees. You go to the American side and do maid of the mist then cave of the winds where you get to walk up the stairs and platforms along the bridal falls. You then go back to the Canadian side and see horseshoe falls and go up into the tower. The views are beautiful up there. It was a great tour and we had Dayna she was an amazing guide and we beat all the crowds. You will need a valid passport and as of now you have to do the ArriveCAN app. It must have the date of the tour on it so you have to do it that morning.

Loved it! Loved our guide Dayna. Loved The Maiden of the mist, Cave of the winds, brink and bridal veil of the falls were great. The weather was rainy but everything was still worked out. Only thing I would suggest is to add some more healthy foods at place we stopped for lunch and Maybe not bring Canada guests over to America which seemed unnecessary. Just meet them at Maiden of the mist attraction or pick them up after getting other guests from American side.

I recommend this tour to anyone who would like to see the Falls from both the NY & Canada side. Our tour guide Nick "Team Nick" was awesome!!! Extremely knowledgeable about the falls & all sounding areas, very funny, friendly & plesasant to be around. The tour details originally said 5hrs but plan for like 8hrs. It goes by so fast that you don't realize it. It was definitely worth it. Overall Nick did an exceptional job!!

Guide/Driver was outstanding, his knowledge and eagerness to assist with pictures and the right spots for the photographs was a definite plus! The falls were beautiful!

We saw all the sights in comfort with a wonderful and informative tour guide who spoke loud enough for everyone to hear.
