What people are saying about Queenstown

We were originally booked on a similar tour with a different company a few days earlier, but they cancelled due to weather and did not have availability another day to rebook us. As a result we booked this tour last minute and it was amazing! Both the staff on the cruise and flight were informative and pointed out various landmarks/animals. Highly recommend to anyone considering this tour!

The Helicopter Line was so organised and made sure the whole experience ran so smoothly. From the point of booking, all the way to our shuttle ride home, they were all professional, friendly and just great at what they do. Our pilot was amazing and had a great sense of humour and knowledge about Queenstown. Would highly recommend!

Great experience and enjoyed it. Well organised. But please advise the customers earlier if any cancellations due to the weather. Because too hard otherwise. Overall we are all happy please improve the communication side of the process and let customers know the situation. Thanks and will come back again.

Staff were very friendly and informative. They gave us lots of information before and on the flight. Amazing views on the flight and boat. Thank you.

Amazing experience and well worth the money. Our pilot Jeromy was amazing and it was lovely hearing his commentary along the way.
