Erica and Carlitos were excellent guides. Very friendly & approachable. Erica was very informative & had lots of positive energy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was also good to get some free time to explore the site ourselves. A great trip!

Really nice day out. Mitad del Mundo was great and we were given over two hours to do what we wanted at our own pace. The beer and chocolate museums are part of the complex and so you can do this on your own too. The chocolate was actually a really reasonable price and they let you taste it first. The guide Andrea was really informative and friendly.

However, our guide didn't tell us when we had reached our stop at the end of the tour and we didn't get off. He had been advised at least 3 times where we needed to get off. We are elderly and expected to be taken care of a little bit better. It was rush hour so they couldn't take us back to the stop so we were put in a taxi that quickly ate up $2.00 for one block. We got out and went to the Hilton close by and the Consierge Desk was able to help us. We had dinner and he put us in the taxi at the Hilton to take us home about an hour later.
