We had a very friendly, informative, safe and comfortable outing.

The help and contact from the local tour operator was good and we felt cared for and safe and comfortable in the coach which was clean and the driver was great. Michaelis gave interesting information during the drive without going on too much. Everyone in our group were pleased with the outing. Just a point about the tickets. I printed out all 17 ticket vouchers but never had to use them as the local operator emailed me another voucher.

The trip was very well organized. We walked at our own pace and had enough time to bathe into the Lybian sea. Also we were looking mostly for transportation to and from Samaria gorge back to Rethymno. We did not need a guide throughout the trek. Also, it's a challenging endurance trek. If you have health issues or not in physical shape I don't recommend the trek. It's 16km, the first 4km are very steep.

This has got to be one of the beautiful but physically challenging I’ve ever done. Ingrid - our guide- and Dimitri -our driver- provided a safe and fact filled drive there and back. I would recommend that you do not bring young children and if you have physical ailment - this is will easily my your journey so much more difficult

An incredible experience! The views and freshwater springs were amazing. The hike is demanding, but you will be glad you did it. Come prepared with good walking shoes and make sure to bring your swimgear and flip flops/swimming shoes for the beach as you will really need a relaxing swim afterwards!

We loved it ! We are in our mid sixties and fairly active- this was an exhilarating but challenging day but certainly do- able The whole day from beginning to end was a great experience ... even the town st the end , the plunge in the sea, the ferry and the bus ride home - all unexpected surprises
