Iceland's Geldingadalur Valley now had multiple craters erupting for the first time in 7000 years, the Fagradalsfjall Volcano crater being the most active. Start with a pickup in Reykjavík before heading on a scenic drive surrounded by breathtaking views. The first stop is Lake Kleifarvatn, where you will enjoy scenes of the black beach and surrounding mountains. Next, get your hiking gear on and hike towards Geldingadalur Valley to see live volcanic activity coming from Fagradalsfjall Volcano. You will be able to enjoy your packed lunch on the hike while seeing lava flowing from the volcano. After, drive by the Reykjanes Peninsula, where the volcanos of the past have created land formations now covered by soft green lava moss. You'll then get to see and feel the Gunnuhver Hot Springs, where boiling waters and steam will reignite your senses. Only a 5-minute drive from there, you'll stop by the photogenic Reykjanes Lighthouse and the Valhnúkamöl Boulder Ridge to admire the cliffs and sea stacks formed by the Atlantic Ocean. The last stop before heading back to Reykjavík is the Bridge Between Continents where earthquakes have made a rift between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. It's a fun photo opportunity and a chance to walk between the continents.

In the first half of this experience, we will take you on a guided tour to the volcanic eruption in Geldingadalir, known as Fagradalsfjall Volcano. Throughout your tour, you will stop at all the main places in the Golden Circle, starting in the national park of Thingvellir, the location where you can see the American and Eurasian tectonic plates pulling apart. From there, you will head up to the one and only Gullfoss Waterfall, before you stop for lunch in the Geysir area. Following this, you will head straight up to the Reykjanes Peninsula where your first stop will be at the Blue Lagoon. Once at the lagoon, those that have tickets for the 3:00PM-4:00PM slot will be able to enter the lagoon for 2-3 hours. Meanwhile, others will be taken on a sightseeing tour of this spectacular area. Your first stop will be to the lava rock pool Brimketill. Following a short stop there, you will go to the mud pools at Gunnuhver and the area around Reykjanesviti. If you have time, you will later drive towards the "Bridge Between Continents", before picking up those that visited the Blue Lagoon. You should later arrive to Reykjavík at around 7:00PM.
