What people are saying about Reykjavik

We had an extremely friendly and fun tour guide called Jac. We thought we were going to be unlucky on viewing the northern lights as we waited for the duration of the tour without any luck. Jac was so eager for us to see the lights that he took us in convoy to a second location as an extra attempt, sadly we didn’t see the lights there either. However, as soon as we left the second location Jac noticed the lights starting to appear and promptly pulled the convoy over in a safe lay-by to let us get off the bus and take pictures. Jac stood outside to take pictures of everyone (45 people plus) in freezing cold temperatures and gale force winds. He stayed outside until everyone got a great picture and didn’t complain once! This was a great tour with a great result and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Bus was 25 minutes late leaving the terminal. Not what you want at 10pm on a cold night. Did not see the Northern Lights. Was a bit disappointed that 3 buses off loaded the passengers in a small car park and we all had to crowd around the buses to watch for the lights.

Wonderful trip. Driver:Guide was awesome - my alter ego. Much more interesting to listen to than the iPad guide ( though it was a nice trip). Good tight pace - never bored. Wonderful sites and weather was perfect. My young children enjoyed the trip too.

One of the awesome trip which I would like to visit again in summer. Tour guide and coach driver were very friendly and advised where to go, where not to go since it's extremely windy and snowy everywhere. A well planned and organised trip.

Our tour was fantastic, after not seeing much and heading back to the coach to warm up the sky started to dance and the lights came from nowhere. Kat our guide was fantastic and itll be a night I never forget!
