Full description
Start the day with a pickup from Reykjavik and embark on a 9-hour nature tour. First, hike up to one of Iceland’s most beautiful waterfalls, Glymur Waterfall, on a 3-hour hike up and down. On the way to the top, walk through small caves, cross a river barefoot, and enjoy the untouched nature Iceland has to offer. At the top of the waterfall, enjoy a packed lunch and some incredible scenic views. After the hike, bathe in Iceland’s largest hot spring at Krauma. Enjoy the luxury bathing facilities using the geothermal water from the hot spring. After bathing, visit a horse farm to try bread from their geothermal bakery then return to Reykjavik.

The hike was very beautiful and a bit fast paced for those new to hiking, but definitely worth the extra effort to fully experience Glymur. Relaxing at the Krauma baths was the perfect activity after hiking.
