"Luke icewalker" was an excellent guide. You could hear his voice to the back. He played music between the information about Iceland. it was perfectly even. sadly we lost him for the glacier haik and got Michael instead. He was good though during the glacier haik! Unfortunately not as good on the way back in the bus. There was no music between his stories and you couldn't hear him probably to the back, so I stopped listening because it was so tering trying to understand what he said... during the day there was no time for proper lunch so it would have been nice to know, so you could bring snack with you. overall best trip. :)
The hike itself was great. National park is amazing. Our guides were with us all the time and they seemed to have a lot of knowledge and experience. The only thing that bothered us was the pick up. Either there is a mistake in different information sources or Arctic adventures wanted to make it look, as if we did a mistake and came late. It would be great if you could verify your information before accusing customers
Great tour The hike is a bit much 2hrs total so if out of shape or any medical impairments id reconsider. Also lunch & restroom breaks are short so prepare for a long day. The views are beautiful & transportation is nice. Tour guide was really nice & killed those glaciers at 65 years old!!
Wow, what an amazing day!!! Everything we saw was just amazing!!! The black sand beach, the waterfalls, the glacier walk was truly amazing and sad aswell when you realise how much they are shrinking. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. What an amazing place Iceland is.
Great experience!!! If this iscyour first time, I highly recommend you this tour. If you are lucky maybe you can visit an ice cave as we did with Trym! He was fun, helpful and natural at the glacial walking. If you have done it before somewhere, I’d go for the 5h instead.
