Prompt, efficient service. We were picked up in a minibus by local partner ‘Grayline’ before joining the main coach up to Keflavik. We booked the return transfer to the airport, online, the night before we were due to fly home. We’d originally only booked the Keflavik-Reykjavik journey as we thought we’d check to see if it was cheaper to book at the airport for the transfer back. It wasn’t. Online definitely cheaper! The bus stops are dotted about the city and used by all of the different travel companies and excursion providers. They are super-easy to find and the joining instructions are clear, with a QR code downloadable to your phone by way of a ticket. I travelled as part of a couple but would have felt perfectly comfortable travelling solo.
Very efficient service. We were met by an employee at the airport who directed us where to find the bus. The bus took us to a central location and then we transferred to a mini bus which took us directly to our hotel. It would have been nice to have had a driver who described or told us about Reykjavik as we were driving, but it was early in the morning and most people were pretty tired, having arrived on a red eye.
we booked our time slot however it isn’t paperless you need to queue in the bus terminal to get a ticket & can be busy with all the different tours. But our bus driver was fantastic in giving us this information & had another great bus driver for our drop off at the airport.
Bus left promptly from BSI bus terminal . Lovely , scenic journey through the snow covered countryside to the Blue Lagoon and back with the driver taking care especially when the weather turned bad & the snow would drift over the road in places .
A wonderful day with a lots of good informations about what we saw and very sweet guide! I was travelling alone with my kids and had the most amazing time. I can highly recommend this company
