Take a boat trip from Reykjavik’s harbor to discover Iceland’s rich marine life, which is one of this island country’s highlights. All year round you can spot a variety of whales and other marine animals in the Reykjavik area, including minke and humpback whales, harbor porpoises, and whale-beaked dolphins. Have an opportunity to see some of Iceland's most beautiful marine animals, along with the stunning scenery of the Icelandic coast. The peak season for whale watching runs from April to October, but of course, the ocean is always full of magical creatures, and you never know what you might see.

Benefit from the services of specially-trained whale watching guides who are experts at spotting the animals. You will be free to listen as they tell you about the behavior of the whales, and answer any questions you may have.

What a day! We spent 3.5 hours aboard Amelia Rose this morning, exceptional experience! We saw several pods of white beaked dolphins and a humpback whale - incredible! The coffee and hot chocolate were delicious.... the staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. 1 piece of advice, wear warm clothes with waterproofs so you can stay outside and witness the (in my humble opinion) best that Iceland has to offer. 100% recommended

The Trip was nice, sadly we didn't saw any whales. The Guide was talking so quitly, that it was hard to unterstand anything she said. It was really kind, that they lend us some Norwegian Coast Guards Suits, which were obviously made for extreme weather conditions and absolutely cold so wind approved, so we weren't frozen to death. :) It is definitely not a trip for people who get seasick and it's also not suitable for people who are older or have any kind of physical limitations at all!!! The decks have been covered with a layer of ice after a short time, so you can imagine how slippery it was. The chairs inside are not fixed so beware of that as well. The prices on board for drinks and snacks are absolutely OK! It was a true adventure.

The boat trip was absolutely worth it and is highly recommended. The tour guides tried very hard and informed us of every sighting immediately. On the way we were told a lot about whales and every question about them was answered. A travel tablet is recommended for weak stomachs. You can also get these on board.
