This small group adventure starts from Reykjavik where your guide will pick you up from one of the authorized pickup points in the Reykjavik downtown area. First stop will be the stunning Seljalandsfoss waterfall, which is one of the few waterfalls in Iceland that you can walk behind. Next up is the powerful Skogafoss waterfall, located in the peaceful area of Skogar, which is one of the largest waterfalls in Iceland, surrounded by beautiful scenery. A trail located on the right side of the waterfall offers explorers the chance to view the waterfall from various angles. Then, visit the local village of Vik where you will have time to have lunch. This was a big bus instead of the small group minibus we booked. Apparently the company had a problem with the minibus. However, the guide was very accommodating and took care of us. She was very enthusiastic and obviously loved her country. We enjoyed the trip.
The tour starts when the comfortable jeep picks you up from your accommodation in Reykjavik. Then head towards our first stop, Urridafoss, a hidden waterfall. The weather was planning on changing for the worst, so our guide made the decision to change the schedule up slightly, to ensure we saw the glacier and black sand beach before the high winds closed them for the day. The waterfalls were amazing
