The guide has very good knowledge in the history of Lyon, France and Europe. She was able to explain very single place, events and monuments with a great in depth information. Being in the same city and heard several versions of various events, but she cleared all the doubts and was able to inform us which really a stories and which is true.
I enjoyed this tour because of the experience with my guide. These are informal tours that would be like walking around with a friend vs walking with a historically knowledgeable tour guide. He gave me a good overview of the city so I could steer myself around later As well as tips of places to eat
Me and mu sister realle enjoyed the tour, we learned kitchen culture of Lyon, went to five shop/restaurant, met local shop keepers, got trustworthy recommendations, visited traubueles. Food was delicious. It was a introductory tour into the Lyonnaise cuisine. We are glad to participate.
Tour is worth it, both a stroll around the old cityand architecture, as well as very nice food tasting . Escpecially the cheese shop !!! It is a great way to get to know people, taste local food and get oriented Well recommended
