It was fun but for the expensive price, my entire flight time was only 6 minutes and 30 seconds. I expected like 10 minutes. Pick up was scheduled at 10:30am so I went out to eat breakfast. I came back at 10:28 am and the driver already came at 10:09am. I had to wait for him to come back, but not a big deal. The instructor was very nice and explained everything well. If you can afford it, it is fun. You have to pay additional 60 Reals for insurance and costs extra for hotel pick up and drop off. I paid total $185 US dollars which included many photos and one camera angle video. Additional camera angles video and photos cost extra 100 Reals each camera which I thought was too expensive.
Guide was very nice. Hotel pickup was very easy. Most of the trip is riding in the Jeep through many curvy roads and turns. Not much hiking. Only about 300 meters long. Then walking around about 4 major tourist stops. Our Jeep actually got stuck and had to get towed up a hill due to the New Years traffic. We didn’t have to wait long. I was actually impressed it only took 20-30 minutes. This should not be confused with hiking. It’s a riding trip through a public park. Cost wise, still cheaper than taking a taxi or Uber that would not be available in the park.
Great trip with nice and funny guide Hanry. We had awesome group so fun was on the board all the time. We see waterfalls, went thru the jungle. Hanry showed us interesting places, pointed to special things, explained their meaning or history. We finished on time
Good trip but make sure to do it with good weather as we were very unlucky we had fog and rain we couldn’t see most of the things. Henry the guide was very good and we learned about the rainforest and life in Brazil.
Tour guide George was fantastic. He was very funny, explained history, jungle vegetation and wildlife very well (in three different languages) and new answers to all the questions the tour attendees had. Great tour.
