Worthwhile few hours, chance to see what goes on behind the scenes: If not in Rio for the carnival, an opportunity to better understand the 'Carnival Process', along with a bit of fun putting on carnival costumes. You are in Rio to be a tourist: This was fun and interesting and supports the local community.
