It seemed to me that too much time is wasted, in changing transport and in organizing groups, also in shopping, in reality you only have 3 hours visiting the attractions of the 12 that the tour lasts, they are very unpunctual to leave Playa del Carmen , and the annoyance that the agency generates the most is a collection of 20 dollars supposedly for tax from the Yucatan government, other agencies explained to me that they usually pass Mexican tourists off as foreigners to collect that money, I am Mexican and on Sunday the The archaeological zone is free when presenting a credential, so I was scammed in that aspect, I hope that others can reconsider taking the tour with them.

Chitchen Itza itself was great but the trip was not. The whole trip was unneccessary long - 13,5 hrs!!! And we did not get to Chitchen Itza until 6,5 hours after we started. And the guiding was too many jokes and too little information. I still don't know anything about Mayan life and culture and how they used the temples etc. It was all about architecture and geometrics.
