Over all an amazing trip. Unfortunately the organization in the beginning was crap: we got picked up and had to transfer to a real bus which is fine itself, but it took almost 1,5 h! In the Maya village you only get to see one ritual, but the food is plenty and pretty good. The Chichen Itzá are wonderful and the Cenote is, too. We had Jesus as our guide and he cares for a happy atmosphere throughout the day. The last village was a bit unnecessary, because you only get 30 min, but it was fine because everyone wanted to get home anyway. We were back in the hotel by 21:30. For this price I totally recommend, but watch out: they try to sell you stuff everywhere, not only the salesman in the street, but also from the tour agency.

Was an amazing trip from beginning to end. Really felt connected with the culture and Mexico. We stayed at the Banyan Tree and wanted to get out and explore while vacationing. This by far is the a must do if you are looking for a day submerged in Mexican (Mayan) Culture. It’s a full days trip so eat breakfast and be prepared to arrive back at your hotel post 9pm. Overall highly recommended.

This experience really cover all your needs! It starts with a tour of a Mayan village where you get to meet some of the elders and learn a bit of their language. You will eat lunch there and have a chance to browse their handmade items. At our time chichen itza was under strike so we were rerouted to ask balam which was amazing since you actually get to climb the ruins. Our guide Jesus was so interesting to listen to! Then you’ll head to one of the many cenote but this was was extremely beautiful with its waterfall! Valladolid is such a beautiful colourful town! At our time we had street performers in the square and it really felt like a movie experience! I learned a lot on this tour and highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed!
