For me personal I think the tour guid was lovely, but my family was not very impressed because after arrival to the ruins he was hanging us to another tour group with another tour guid, so that he did not have to talk to much or guid so much. We kept separating us from the oversized group because it was kinda hard to catch up on what the other guid was saying. And it was just not fun in a group with 20 people in ones. So our tour guid gave us our free time and permission to separate from the rest and showed us where we can meet up again, which made us really happy. Also we got some water during the tour and got breakfast. Overall a lovely tour. (Thumbs up)

Excellent day with our 2 kids 11 years old and 5 1/2 years old they with an Oscar guide from NS Tours Mexico very kind and caring for us and our children ... lots of explanations and exchanges ... we stayed 50 minutes in the water to swim with the turtles and rays well supported by a team caring for the youngest child who just knew how to swim ... very beautiful cenote with water at 24 degrees suitable for children proposed by Oscar. ... A very beautiful day thanks to a more than competent team .... (reservation and payment by internet) you can go there with confidence

The actions were generally very good and really worth seeing. At the beginning you are picked up and taken to a place where countless people meet and then distributed to various buses. After the first 3 hours we were at the first attraction, all three were really good. At the beginning of the tour, Spanish was almost exclusively spoken and only towards the end did more and more English be provided. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars.
