We had two great exciting days with Xcaret. Everything is very well organized and customers are well taken care of with good information and on-site service. The experiences themselves were exhilarating. We especially loved our day trip to Chichen Itza. Our guide Dally was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting with facts about the site itself and about Mayan history. We learned a lot and had so much fun. One point of improvement: the transport was a little complicated with needing to switch between buses and stopping off in lots of places. We understand this has to do with the high numbers of customers the company takes care of every day, but it added a few unnecessary hours for us.

Love Xcaret - an absolute must-do. We have kids and booked this ticket (Basic Full Day with Night Show) since it doesn't include the transportation and we could taxi there later in the morning. Worked out really well, about a 15 minute taxi ride from Playa del Carmen. My kids are 6 & 8, night show totally kept their attention. If you have smaller kids, you might consider headphones as it is a bit loud.

Everything was excellent. I can recommend. The team was very attentive and the tour was professionally organized. The stop over in Isla Mujeres was maybe a little unnecessary, we had very little time (1 hour) and there was no program to follow. Many people didn't know where to go or what to do.

Pablo gave us our group’s private tour. He has great energy, so much knowledge of the land, and made us feel very welcomed and safe on the bike tour. The 3 cenotes we saw was so gorgeous, such a fun way to see Tulum!

It was a great combo to visit the Tulum ruins, swim in the Atumal bay and be able to see turtles and see in a great cenote. Our guide was great as well.
