Mateo was overall co-ordinator and guide with additional guides joining to bring us through Naples Tour and Pompeii tour. We left promptly and stopped for coffee en route. Then we headed to Naples for one hour tour. Then went to Pompeii and had our meal which exceeded expectations (I brought picnic food having read reviews). The meal was a refreshing salad starter, followed by freshly made pizzas (while two of us took option of gluten free pasta dish) and finished off with dessert of ice cream. The whole meal was simple, but the quality of the produce was very evident and I appreciated that. Then we had the tour of Pompeii with Julianna followed by time to tour the museum ourselves. If I did it again, I’d have gotten a map for perspective of where we’d been and I would have liked to stay meandering around the streets of Pompeii (with benefit of the map). But that’s just me. The guides were vg and Mateo was brilliant. It is value for money and I recommend this tour.

I was unsure if it was worth going to Pompeii for the day as it was an all day excursion with my family. I am so glad we went, our tour guide, Enrica and our driver, Marco made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. When we arrived at Pompeii, we were greeted by a knowledgeable guide specifically for the archeological site and we learned quite a bit about life in Pompeii prior to the eruption of Vesuvius. It is was all pretty fascinating and even my teenage son was equally interested. We would’ve preferred ti hike Mt. Vesuvius but unfortunately this option was not available in Feb. but we did get to explore Naples a bit. Highly recommend, a nice way to break up our visit to Rome.

Amazing trip. Stopped in Pompeii for a few hours, along the road to get pictures along Almafi coast, positano. Only 12 in our group but able to feel like I was just with my family other than the bus. Excellent trip!

This was an excellent tour. Very informative and interesting, especially walking through the ruins of Pompei. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the pizza lunch. The coach was comfortable.
