A brilliant way to see Rome if you are prepared to do lots of walking! The bus rides offer a nice respite. Handy to have wifi on the bus :-) Was surprised to hear the driver and conductor tell another couple that they weren't allowed to eat on the seemed a bit odd! The one conductor, Michelle, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The other, no so much!

We did this on the first day and found it invaluable to getting a feel for the city. Well organised, frequent buses and not over crowded onboard. The downside is the buses we went on were quite old and tatty, the onboard commentary is via headphones plugged into the bus next to the seats and many of the units were out of order or had terrible crackly sound. More to do with age of buses I expect.

It was good for the price! We got a map, a headset, and the tour guides were very friendly. We couldn’t see the Trevi Fountain on our ride but none of the buses could because of maintenance going on in the street. The bus was a little dirty and there aren’t as many buses as the other companies, but I still recommend!
