Full description
Your tour begins as you gather with your group of no more than 20 people in Navona Square. The limited number of participants throughout this experience allows you to interact with your guide on a personal level, and ensures you can listen to your guide's every word. Your first stop will be the Church of St. Agostino, which amazes guests with the beauty of both Caravaggio’s and Raphael’s paintings. From there, continue to the St. Ignatius Church where you can admire the fake dome of Andrea Pozzo. As your walking tour continues along the picturesque Roman streets, pass by the Pantheon - once a pagan temple dating back to the 2nd century A.D., now a church and one of the most preserved artifacts in the city. Your guide then leads the group to Trevi Fountain, a famous fountain which has been included as a setting for various movies. Your tour later ends at the Spanish Steps, the impressive staircase dominated by the Trinità dei Monti Church at the top.
