Great tour, well organized, as a "Rome newcomer" you get a good first overview with helpful explanations during the journey. The 1-day ticket would have been enough for us instead of the 3-day ticket. You can do everything on foot. One star deducted because the audio guide had a loose connection and kept failing due to road vibrations.

There are lots of tour companies running these buses but this one goes the extra mile to look after its customers even after you have parted with the cash for your 1 or 2 day bus tour. My daughter left her mobile on the bus which we discovered a couple of hours later (I never thought we would see it again!) and the people at the company went above and beyond to help us locate it. Everyone we came into contact with was super helpful. Thank you to the receptionist, Louanna, one of the guides and to the person who handed the phone in and everyone who helped my 16yr old have her phone back within a couple of hours!

Was okish, but the Pickup times were not as stated. Would I have to choose a bus, I would choose the I LOVE ROME pink bus or the green line bus instead as the buses are more regular. at one point i waited over 30 minutes for the bus from the Vatican stop.
