Easy to book and great value for money, mobile tickets just scanned on board. Was quite busy but as long as you don’t get on the first stop this wasn’t a problem. One headphone was broken each separate time we got on, I don’t if this was due to Covid but it was a bit annoying.

Nice tour but due to the heavy rain we couldn’t enjoy walking and see the places. I will go for it another time next trip so i can drop from the bus in the area i want to see for a couple of hour and take the bus again to continue.

We used Hop On Hop Off on Friday, October 29 in Rome, Italy, at 9:15 a.m. The G-20 people were gathering that day and traffic was very congested. Our carrier wasn't able to leave us at the Colesseum (3rd) stop at around 10:30, and we had to walk back from the 4th stop, which wasn't too far. Then around 4:15 p.m. we returned to stop 4, and the carrier was over 45 minutes behind to pick us up at that stop because of an "incident" - my husband called at around 4:30 because there was a notice taped to the carrier's sign that it may miss some stops. We were very tired by that time, having walked a great deal that day, and hoped we could see more on the route, but we were told we were on the last round, so we had to ride back to the 1st stop, without hopping off at any other places. Other brands of hop on busses came and went at the 4th stop while we waited, so that was rather frustrating.
