Can’t rate these guys enough. We use this service Rach year with friends when we go to Spain. Whilst staying in Rome with my new hubby (Honeymoon) we thought we would use again. Opting for the 2day pass was so worth it. I suffer with fibromyalgia and can’t overdo things too much. Spreading the sightseeing out over two days almost felt like a bonus. You can chose to stay onboard all day and listen to the educated speaker as you travel or get off at the big landmarks and explore. Having the use of two bus services also your never left waiting to be collected.

The busses ran frequently and enabled us to get to all the attractions although there is a bit of a walk from the stops to some of the sights, especially the Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel. We were able to use 2 busses with our ticket which was good and meant the wait wasn't as long. People don't queue though and although you maybe the first at the stop, this does not necessarily mean you're first on! The downside was being unable to connect to the internet on the red bus but on the other bus it was easy to connect. There was limited seating downstairs and you need a facemask in case it gets full. On top, when it rains, you will get wet even with the roof up so take a rain coat! A brolly is handy for the bus too in the rain.

I always use the red bus hop on hop off when visiting a new country. The stops are in very good locations to visit the main touristic places of Rome. The only cons was that the bus windows were very dirty and the people that were seating down could not enjoy the view or take pictures. You just had to go in the upper part of the bus.
