Hone your culinary skills and learn how to prepare handmade pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Taste some of the highest quality Italian food at one of Rome’s best gourmet food shops prior to the cooking class. Throughout your class, sip on your choice of fine wine, prosecco, or water. At the end of your lesson, sit down to savor the rewards of your efforts as you dine on your pasta and tiramisu.

    Carol who guided us is fantastic!! the experience starts in a cafe where we were welcomed with dry pro and various appetizers, starters, typical italian with her explaining each ingredient, then we went to the restaurant where we saw and participated in a very good class with the Italian Chef, we saw the preparation of Tiramisu and each one assembled their own, then it was the preparation of the gnocchi and each one also rolled it, cut their own, then it was the assembly of the ravioli, all with wine at will. in my opinion they could only have served what we did in greater quantity, as there were 12 people producing pasta. but it was a very good experience because we were in Rome and participating in the local culture!

    We had so much fun! When we arrived we received appetizers and drinks, with a great explanation of everything. Then we made 2 pastas and tiramisu, we didn't do a lot of the work except for the ravioli, but it made sense. Overall we had a great experience, the chef and Carolina were lovely! We think that some authentic Italian music in the background could definitely add to the experience

    The group was diverse and fun, the tour guide Carolina was fantastic, such a nice warm energy. Wine was flowing and the food was really good. There were some parts of the recipes that they did themselves to speed up the process (like cooking the potatoes and mixing the potatoes with flour for making Gnocchi) and then some parts you had to do yourselves (making ravioli from scratch.) I would love to do more of the actual cooking myself but I can imagine that might not be possible. But it was really nice and I would definitely recommend this tour. :)
