Everything worked well. Ticket reservation from home, GYG app good. We were on time at the meeting place, a small queue and stickers from our own group on our chests. The guide was clear, humorous, had a good English pronunciation and made sure that the group stayed together. We got a lot of information about the Vatican, art, etc. The pace to the Sistine Chapel was hurried because of the traffic jams, and we couldn't really calm down to look at the beauty of the chapel. The crowd booed loudly, despite the silence comments. My headset stopped at times, it was disturbing. The spouse had no problems.

We LOVED this activity. The guide was really interesting and didn't spend too much time on unimportant information. She went to the essential while remaining. She was really relevant in these explanations and these examples. We really enjoyed taking the tour with her. I still recommend taking the tour a little earlier to have time to do St Peter's Basilica before closing.

Our tour guide, Antonio, was absolutely fantastic. He was engaging and helpful from the first moment. Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable about Vatican City and every area within the museum (and he was funny!). He left time for questions at key points and gave a couple of opportunities for comfort breaks and free time to explore. A very long (and slightly tiring) tour but would highly recommend - the best way to see the museum and Sistine chapel.
