We bought these skip the line tickets and the organisation did their job well. They guided us until we were inside and from there we were free to discover on our own. So job well done, although I wonder if we saved so much time anyway. Although it was busy, the line was not so long and I'm not sure if we saved so much time in the end. Britt But the staff was friendly and helpful, so no complaints there

Extremely beautiful, Sistine Chapel alone was worth the visit. Avoid at Easter! We went at Easter and although I expected busy, the crowds inside were horrendous. Main areas you could not stop and had to keep moving with the flow of people. Another downside was having to go to a meeting point to wait on a guide and other visitors, then to be taken inside and having to wait on the guide to go buy the ticket. I thought I was going to walk straight in after showing my voucher that I had on my phone via the GetYourGuide app. Guide then handed me the ticket. Not what I was expecting.
