My husband and I booked this day trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and we would highly recommend it. It was a very long day but worth it. We got picked up at 6:10am at a nearby hotel. This company was easy to communicate with. We all had to hand sanitize and get a temperature check before getting on the bus. Everyone was great about wearing their masks on the bus so we both felt safe in terms of COVID. There was a bathroom on the bus in case of emergencies but we stopped every 1-2hrs for either food or a restroom break. Lunch was a sandwich, chips and cookies but you could purchase food at several of the locations we stopped at. We picked up lunch very early (around 8:30am) so some people ate right away and others saved it.We had the option of a guided tour in the Grand Canyon (an extra $20 per person) but chose to go on our own. The path was very easy to follow ourselves. There was a free shuttle if you didn't want to walk. All in all, an excellent trip.

  • Las Vegas: Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend

    2. Las Vegas: Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend

Get away from the bright lights of Las Vegas, and journey into the great American Southwest. First, stop at Antelope Canyon and enjoy its colorful, intricate rock walls and formations, rainbow colors, and patterns. You'll explore the canyon with an experienced Navajo guide. Next, take in spectacular views at the Horseshoe Bend, a horseshoe-shaped incised meander of the Colorado River. After hiking 1.2 km on a sandy trail, take your time to admire the breathtaking views. Finally, stop at the world-famous Grand Canyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. On the way back to Las Vegas, take a short break in Seligman, a small town along Route 66.

It was a good trip however I was a little disappointed in Horseshoe Bend. It is a long day so be prepared. I think the driving could have been less erratic and not so fast.

This is the way to do it. Guide/driver Scott was fantastic, patient, and went out of his way to make the entire experience flawless and memorable. This is the way to do visit the grand canyon when staying in Vegas. Everything in the description was delivered. Highly recommended for a stress free and all around joyful experience. Very glad I opted for this tour and not the large buses type. This was a small group, nimble, and comfortable, and personalized experience. They take care of everything and all I had to do was show up, relax, and enjoy the entire experience!
