    During this tour. you will see 2 different winery styles. First, discover a traditional winery with an authentic cellar and typical architecture of Saint Emilion, producing a traditional style of wine for the region. The second winery is a forward-looking one with modern cellar on the cutting edge of technology. Discover how the winemakers use cutting-edge technology and viticulture techniques to perfect the winemaking process and produce a different, innovate style of wine. Learn all about the winemaking process from the vines, the varietals, the aging, and everything around it. The visit will be followed by the tasting of 3 Saint Emilion Grand Cru wines, from the different estates with an introduction to wine tasting technics.

    We had a lovely time touring the winery despite the rainy weather. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions our group asked her. She was very personable and made it a fun experience. Plus the wine tasting was great! We learned a lot and enjoyed the wine :)

    Justin was our tour guide and he was both very knowledgeable and energetic throughout the tour! This winery is unique because you get to tour 2 wineries and try wine from both. I would definitely recommend this tour and wine tasting as i had an outstanding experience.

    Nice guy guiding us who happily answered all our questions....I appriciated that alot. it's not a super charming castle or anything fancy, more a modern building. And even tough it says the visit includes two vineyard it is really the same place, just in two different buildings. Interesting nevertheless.
