This was an absolutely wonderful day trip, my only wish is that it lasted longer. Maxine was so knowledgeable about everything, and had tons of interesting facts about Mozart, the Sound of Music, and Salzburg itself. She brought us to the oldest restaurant in the world, with a beautiful ambience and delicious food. As a university student on a budget, it was a little pricy, but the members of my group were so generous and kind, that they paid for my meal and train ticket home. The bus & train tickets are included in the tour price, which is very helpful for convenience and efficiency. Maxine let our group explore an extra hour so everyone got more time in the city, but unfortunately, I had to go directly to the airport and couldn’t stay. However, I still saw a lot of what Salzburg had to offer and will definitely be returning!

Leo, guide, was witty and animated, loves his country and his countrymen, gave us his heartfelt stories of the sights and places he grew up with, a native of Salzburg. The one hour tour gave us the insight we needed to plot out the other 7 hours we planned to dedicate for adventure seeking in this historic and magical town. Leo made the trip well worth the price of admission.

It was a well organised trip with fifteen people; from different countries. Hats off to the guide Paul who was so friendly and helpful. Good briefing is done when go to the main spots and one has th then go into the specific ones of interest of his own in about three hours time. Finally all meet at a place and get back by train.

Maxine was very good, knowledgeable & helpful! We were happy throughout the trip. Salzburg indeed a beautiful city. The only setback was that local people at the retail shops weren't friendly at all.

The guide Maxine Ryder was the best! I learned a lot about the city and Mozart. This is one of the most beautiful cities that I’ve been. I really enjoyed this!!
