The tour was nice, Norbert was very kind, polite and patience. He fetch us with VW Phaeton which was a comfortable car, clean and well maintained. In total the tour was 14 hours just to see Hallstatt and Salzburg. He never counting on the hours. He just keep going and entertained us. Show us many things and explained it well. He brought us to the good Italian restaurant in Salzburg, he knew good food too.

This is my first purchase with getyourguide - joining as a member, booking the trip, installing mobile app, using your app, getting reply through the app was all a breeze. I will definitely use it again. The trip with Peter as our guide was excellent in that Peter has great knowledge, great personality and very caring to our needs. We had a great time and learned a lot from him. Like to also mention Randon Travel company the operator of our trip, you guys are awesome making everything so simple and precise especially for a first timer like me.

Perfecto Comenzamos con una equivocacion por mi parte al no comunicar un cambio de alojamiento y punto de recogida. A pesar de ser muy pronto por la mañana nos atendieron inmediatamente por telefono y nos recogieron con solo 20 minutos de retraso, con amabilidad absoluta. Ricardo como chofer y acompañante fue simplemente inmejorable. Se trataba de un tour privado y en todo momento se adapto a nuestras necesidades haciendo pequeñas modificaciones en el planning previsto. Atento en todo momento y una compañia agradable en un dia que realizamos mas de 600km. Totalmente recomendable.
