However, this adds 10 minutes of “penalty time” to your overall completion time. If you’re lost, you can skip a riddle, but this also adds 20 minutes of “penalty time”.

What people are saying about Salzkammergut

Great trip!

It worked out excellently from start to finish. We were a tiny group of 4 and the driver, unfortunately I forgot the name, did a great job. He was very, very friendly and extremely competent. Whatever you asked him, whether about the "White Horse Inn", the Mozart family, Red Bull, where we passed, the meadows and alpine pastures, the lakes and restaurant recommendations - we found out everything and that's why we would like to visit this one Ways to say thank you again!

This tour has a boat ride in summer its beautiful. In winter because of the snow conditions the boat ride isn't possible but they show everything in a vehicle and stop at some place where there are lovely sights to take pics and the guide gives information about all the province including the history, geography and culture. Really great experience.

really a relaxing excursion with a personable, funny guide who has a lot of knowledge and passes this on in an exciting and funny way. Thank you, the nice Leopold for the nice afternoon .. (the steirer)

Don’t miss a visit!

Such a beautiful and surprisingly serene lake! Be sure to spend time wandering in the tiny villages where the boat stops and have a nice meal.
