- The Hard Rock Cafe does not accept reservations. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you cannot be accommodated at your chosen time, your voucher will be honored for a different time or date.
- Your voucher must be shown at the Host Stand upon arrival for VIP priority seating. While priority seating moves your party to the head of the line, it does not guarantee immediate availability.
- Please present your printed voucher to your server, along with valid photo ID bearing the name of the lead traveler.
- A kids' menu (children under 11 years old) is available direct from the restaurant on the day of your meal.
