1. San Antonio: Half-Day Afternoon Sightseeing Tour
On this 4-hour afternoon sight-seeing tour, your guide will pick you up at select downtown San Antonio hotels. Your experience starts downtown with a visit to the San Antonio River Locks, followed by a tour of the Museum Reach. You will have time to explore the Japanese Tea Garden with its koi ponds, stone archways, and tea house. Once you've seen all the top sites in the Museum Reach, head down to the Mission Reach. Here you will have time to see the original frescos at the UNESCO World Heritage Site: Mission Concepcion, the oldest unrestored stone church in the nation. Along the way, enjoy a game of Texas trivia with your guide and learn a little more about the history and culture of San Antonio. This tour ends right at the Alamo, where you have ample time to explore this historic site on your own. If you prefer, you can also have your driver/guide take you back to select downtown San Antonio hotels.
