Very Nice! I bought tickets online. Fast line to get in. I wasn’t aware parking was full. I wasted time trying to find parking. That was the only downside. Beautiful weather, animals were up close and very active. There was no problem getting a spot to see the animals. We were able to get tickets for train ride. That was so much fun for my three year old grandson. Usually the line is very long. This time we hit it just right. We did rent a stroller from gift shop. It was fast and easy to get. We ate at the cafe before leaving. That line was ok, but they ran out of hamburgers and there was a seven minute wait for fries. We opted for a hotdog, chicken nuggets. I got very sick from the hotdog or pickle on my plate. I didn’t even make it home and had to stop for restroom. I was sick the next day also. We did buy items at gift shop before leaving. They had a good variety of items to choose from. My grandson choose a ring face mister truck, and a book for his sister who didn’t come.

Thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough guide. Going in the afternoon increases chances of great views across the bay and going in the morning allows more time in Sausalito if you take the ferry back. GGB stop is a plus. And Muir Woods! A magical place

We had the nicest tour around the SF harbor area with Robert. Lot´s of interesting information and stories with a very friendly and easy-going way. Thanks!

Amazing place, wonderful sights, driver was thoughtful and really nice to all guests, lot of tips and infos along the drive.
