Absolutely amazing excursion! Our guides Felix and Elias made the tour!! It was clear they loved their job, took their time to make sure people were safe and knew what to do, but most importantly we all had such a great day. Other companies were out there but didn't have helmets and life jackets, accidents can always happen despite peoples caution so this was a big plus for the company/tour. Highly recommend good gripped shoes. I have a weak ankle prone to sprains but didnt have an issue. There are some slippery spots but theres always roots/trees to hold onto. If you need glasses and don't have contacts highly recommend using a proper strap to avoid losing them. The tour itself was beautiful and the rock slide, jump and swing were all great fun. Cannot recommend this tour or the guides more highly!

Evelyn and Joel (I hope I got his name correct) are the best guides hands down. I've been to the rain forest prior and have never had this much fun. They both were super knowledgeable, fun and made sure none of us felt out of place. The hike is muddy but as my guide advised "embrace it" it is a rain forest after all. The hike again is not as bad and I do not exercise for nothing haha. The slide and the water amazing!!!! 82 degrees all you want to do is get in the water. Book book book book and I promise you, you will not regret it. Live life, you only have one to live.

Pick-up in the city was a definite plus. The guides - Evelyn and Joel - were fantastic. We learned a bit about the plants and animals in the tropical rain forest as we hiked. The water slide and cliff jumping were great. Both of my daughters do not swim. Evelyn and Joel made them feel safe, and they greatly enjoyed both activities. The trip to the rain forest was the highlight of our stay in Puerto Rico. Thank you!!

Amazing! Beautiful rainforest walking path with friendly guide, Rafael, providing overview of the plants, frogs, and birds. Then to another hiking trail to a flowing river. Recommend water shows to wade into the cold water if you are not adventurous enough to jump or swing into the deeper water. Finally a stop at a sandy clear warm water beach with a row of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Alejandro and Jeremih were great! The ride was one of the highlights of our trip! There is a cute Mojito Bar near where you check in that had cute hammocks and towels for purchase in addition too food and drinks. Overall I highly recommend and will be back on our next trip!
