They kind of broke things down to us, but our guide/trainer acted like we should know a lot of things, even though we are beginners. My Aunt ended up falling off of her horse because the trainer let her go to come assist me after my horse's ropes became unloosened from the fence. I couldn't get a hold of them, so i could only holding onto the saddle, then I shouted for help. He came to help me, but left her without instruction, and her horse's ropes became unloosened from the fence also & she's older, so as the horse moved she didn't have a grip on anything and fell hard in the ground. She, her friend & my sister were so rattled by how she fell & how loud her helmet hit the ground that they asked to be taken off of their horses. Myself & 2 others from our group decided to tuff it out & it did become easier/nicer as we went along. But I didn't like that part in the beginning at all.

1000 stars!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! Aliyah was the sweetest & most professional tour guide she showed us so much in two hours and I learned a lot about the Puerto Rican culture, history, horses everything! Her professionalism made me feel safe with the horses as this was my first time horseback riding, she was kind and took her time with us to make sure we were comfortable. The ranch itself is amazingly beautiful and had acres & acres of land. We say iguanas and wild birds it was such a lovely time. All credit goes to our wonderful guide Aaliyah ! Muchas muchas gracias!! Bucket list crossed off !!!!

This was a very enjoyable activity while out in PR. Unfortunately I would say the horses do look very sad and overworked. The instructor we had was still new with less than a month experience and even though she was nice she wasn't a great teacher or pit of information. The girl ahead of me was having such a hard time handling her horse and the instructor never came around to guide her or make her feel more comfortable. Instead her horse did whatever it wanted and caused big gaps in the group and for us to be held up.

I loved this tour, it was worth every penny!! Pablo Garcia was a most gracious tour guide, incredibly engaging... he is a wealth of PR knowledge. I was greatly impressed with the COVID safety precautions. I learned a great deal on my first visit to the beautiful State. The sociologist & public administrator in me was quite pleased. The food at each stop was delectable. The cocktails & gelatos ever so refreshing! The fun facts about coffee beans & rum was enlightening. Pass the Don Q.

It was a very pleasant tour. The really only thing I can complain about us that I booked a 2 hours tour which was supposed to finish on the beach but the tour was only in the ranch. I still had a lot of fun but my expectation didn’t really meet the reality.
