Very good! Would have given this tour a 5 stars if they were able to pick up passengers at the port vs having to catch the port shuttle for 5 euros pp each way out to the city to join the bus tour. On the way to Florence there was an accident on the highway and we were at a standstill for close to an hour. Tuscany bus tour still gave us 3 hours to explore Florence (still not enough time) than we headed to Pisa. Since the tour was running late returning to town they took us directly to the cruise port which was really nice.

First we spent 100 minutes on Pisa. Since we are early, we don’t need to queue before going up the leaning tower. The cathedral was closed for some reason that day though. Plenty of time to take pictures. Then we spent 45 min on the first two villages then 90 min on the final and the most beautiful ones. Timing is just about right. There was some delay on the trains but we still come back to Florence at 18:07. Great tour. Somebody says it is ambitious tour but this is what we want: seeing the most with the least time. Karolina, our guide helped us in changing our time for the train tickets going to Roma. She is extremely helpful and we want to thank her publicly!
It was a very well organized excursion, lots of information, enough free time and a very competent tour guide. The tour guide only spoke English, which I couldn't choose for this trip, but was easy to understand. On the way back to the starting point we came into a traffic jam which probably would not have gotten like the last shuttle bus to the ship. The driver then took us straight to the ship.
Great trip, wonderfull location. As always everything was well organised. Transport, guide,...overall great half day!
Despite route changes by AIDA due to the bad weather, everything went great.
Everything went very well! Very good organization!
