It started off with a hump. The guide came an hour earlier in the morning because the lack of communication between him, the admin services and me. It happened to me in Bueno Aires as well. I twice got the email for pick up time later than the guide suppose to pick up. Apart from that this trip is thoroughly recommended. The guide is extremely knowledgable and professional. We have seen the most beautiful part of Andes. The lunch was expensive and not very nice.

An enjoyable drive to Portillo with a coffee stop where one could hire suitable clothing for the cold weather ahead. Portillo is a picturesque setting with a lake surrounded by snow-clad mountains. I think it is a pity that the hotel don't allow people to purchase a ski-lift ride as that would be a novel experience for some tourists. A great late lunch venue on the return trip where one returned the hired clothing. An excellent guide who took the trouble to translate everything he said into English, despite the fact that I was the only English speaking customer on the trip.

The Driver was very on time (I can even say in time), they picked up and left me in front of my building. He, Mario, was also very respectful, patient and friendly. The tour leader, Gonzalo, was social supportive and very supportive, the whole of the trip time he tried to be in contact with people and he gave very good information. The suggested place that they stopped for lunch was also very nice, the food had quality and affordable. They stopped as well in many spots for photography! However, we got the trip at the high season for P|ortilla resort and the direct access for the Iagon de Inca was not allowed. But Gonzalo took us into the cafeteria which had a great view of the lake! Furthermore, all the way to the ski resort in the van the music playlist was awesome. No snack or drink was served by the tour. The overall tour was greatly enjoyable and comfortable and higher than average. I recommend people to take the tour.
