Discover the best of Bali's southern coast on this day tour around the island. Visit the iconic Tanah Lot temple, relax on the sands of Suluban Beach in Uluwatu, and witness an optional traditional Kecak (Balinese fire dance). You can also choose from lunch, massage, and photography add-ons. Benefit from pickup at your hotel with the private tour or pickup from centrally located meeting points on the group tour, and then head to your first stop, Tanah Lot Temple, which is perched on a rock formation overlooking the Indian Ocean. Stop for lunch at the renowned restaurant street (own expense) before heading to Suluban Beach at Blue Point. Enjoy a stroll on the beach's white sands and take in the breathtaking stones and caves. Next, if you have selected the Kecak option, head to Uluwatu Temple, where you can watch Bali's famous kecak (an ancient ritual and fire dance) while the sun sets in the background.  Finish the day with a grilled seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay (if add-on selected). For private options, you'll be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the day. With the group option, you can make your own way back to your hotel from Jimbaran.

Bali: Full-Day Private Water Temple Ritual & Yoga Class

2. Bali: Full-Day Private Water Temple Ritual & Yoga Class

Join a full-day yoga retreat in the beautiful landscapes northeast of Ubud. Visit a holy water temple and with guidance choose to take part in a traditional cleansing ritual with holy water. Take part in a guided healing yoga and meditation practice at a secluded villa. Enjoy free time at the villa to lounge, relax, and eat lunch. After an early pickup, head to Mengening Holy Water Temple, Pura Mengening, located in the village of Saraseda, Gianyar Regency. The temple is sacred as a place of melukat, a ritual in which locals perform self-cleaning or ablution with holy water. It’s also a site where the Balinese request tirtha – the holy water used for Hindu ceremonies. These springs have been derived from natural sources since the 11th century, and the pools’ bathing waters are cool and clear. Before going in, receive guidance on how to act in the ritual, especially how to present the canang sari flower offering with incense. The bathing rite is said to be both a physically and spiritually rejuvenating yet meditative experience. After, travel to Tepi Sawah Villa. Enjoy your delicious lunch with both vegan and vegetarian options here as well as some free time to lounge, take a swim in the pool, or explore the grounds.  Later, take part in a Bali healing yoga and meditation practice with Jero Priestess Luh Manis, who will guide you through a spiritual experience that reconnects with nature and the universal energy.

What people are saying about Sanur, Indonesia

It was a nice trip we enjoyed all if it. Our driver Gusde provided us with the historical information about all the places, explained a lot about the Balinese culture and replied to all our questions patiently:) We loved our tour with him he made it really useful and educational with fun. Unfortunately it was very crowded we couldn’t long in the beach, but the Uluwata temple worth the waiting.

Easy and efficient communication and I was able to visit all the places I wished to go to. I was able to see so much of beautiful Bali after getting picked up in Ubud, visiting Tanah Lot, Uluwatu Temple, Jimbaran Bay and then getting dropped off in Canggu (per my request). A long but wonderful day!

I saw everything I expected and more. I was lucky because I booked a group tour but nobody else booked it, so basically it was a private tour. My driver/guide was really nice and he knew a lot of information about culture and everything related to Bali.

Our guide Kabra John was amazing! He was very flexible with what we wanted to do and was knowledgeable about our stops. We had a fantastic time.

Nice trip. Great to watch the ketchak dance. Rest in the itinerary are just go go places.
