Try the Make your Own Bratwurst class and see how you can make bratwurst and roast it without much effort. Learn about the basics of sausage production and tuck into your creation at the end.

Take on the specialist Dry-Aged Beef and Steak class and learn all about the perfectly grilled beef steak. Begin by learning about the medium, medium-rare, and rare stages. Get to know the dry-aged beef in different cuts and of course taste them.

Pick the Barbecue Course to explore gas, charcoal, cobb, and smoker barbecuing. Learn everything about the different grills and the basics of BBQ. You will grill directly on the sizzle zone, on the fire ring, and on the electric grill.
