Tim was a superb guide. First we had a training section with the Segway so we were comfortable going forward, stopping turning left, right, etc. Secondly he was the rarest or rare teachers-he made learning, FUN! He told us the history of the local Indians, he taught us the geography and all about the local cacti. He even had each Segway fitted with a liter of water-it gets hot out in the desert. He also had a great sense of humor.

The tour guide was very informative and entertaining. Stopping for a "picnic" break half way through was enjoyable because it gave us a chance to meet the other people on the tour. Learned much we did not know about the Sonoran desert, Saguaro cacti and the Yavapai tribal nation. Fort McDowell is a lovely place and very well preserved.

This is an amazing way to see the desert!

Cowboy Wayne made our ride so much fun! Three members of our group had never ridden segways before, and he was encouraging and kind during the instructional/training session. It was the perfect way to see the desert and we all learned so much. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Cowboy Wayne!!! Sheila (aka Scooby)
