Hornocal is part of the calcareous formation called Yacoraite that extends from the province of Salta, crossing the Quebrada de Humahuaca and then the Bolivian Altiplano to Peru. Upon your return, you will meet up with the rest of your group.

Carnival is a main theme in this place, since it is the epicenter of this celebration. After lunch, we start our way back, alternating the stops. Once you arrive in Uquía, you'll be boarding a 4WD vehicle, and then the road to Hornocal will begin to enjoy these magnificent panoramic views.
